And, almost as important, the accompanying booklet gives a very thorough history of how each member was drawn into the group from what they had be involved it, and, to me the most important sentence was the revelation that, "the group decided to orchestrate their vocals as if the four singers were the sax section of the Count Basie big band, blending soprano, alto, tenor, and bass voices."
