Download and ping is normal, but upload is unbearable. You shouldn’t be charged if they didn’t fix the problem…but sometimes you have to push them.My Suddenlink email account is slow as molasses. It’s hard to say. I’m a happy Suddenlink customer again….for now. However, the game was never officially localized until now, that is. As for having boht 2.5GHz and 5GHz, that’s pretty standard with most wireless routers, and that really *shouldn’t* make a noticeable impact on performance. Supposed to be getting 200 M download. This will at least help identify where the issue is. Up to 50 Mbps download/up to 5 Mbps upload.
